Here is a list of my optional extras. No not worry if your not sure what you want as we can discuss this on our pre event meeting.

 

This is a youtube example video of one event. Your video will be supplied
in HD format and superior quality on a memory stick.

Toby - TV the Fun-Footage Videography

My videography will capture your event like no other! As I'm the DJ I will be
in the middle of the FUN and turn the best bits of your party in to something to look back on fondly for years to come!

Book me for the day and I can also capture speeches and other events in a candid manner giving the viewer a first person perspective to the days goings on. Perfect for guests not able to attend the event!

Your video will be professionally edited to show the best bits of your event. I use two cameras, one fixed and one roving so it will be cut and many hours spent producing something to treasure forever!

Your video will be supplied on a memory stick within one week of the event and is covered under a MCPS limited manufacture licence.

Prices - The average videographer will charge you £400-1000 for the same amount of work! Having said that Toby-TV also works well as an addition to a standard event videographer too!

30 minutes footage - £175
1 hour footage (recommended for over four hours disco) - £225
1.5 hours footage (recommended for all day DJ) - £295

Extra copy's (1-100) available (£10-30). Price depends on size of the Video.


Careys manor - a perfect example of when to use outdoor PA as everyone
sits in the garden on a nice day. Great for nice background music.

Additional PA:

Provide extra sound in a separate room or even in the garden of your prospective venue via high frequency wireless senders and top of the range speakers. This could include the music being played for the evening disco or another form of alternative music. This is a great option for remote bars/lounge areas, outside PA and for speeches!

Projector & video/picture galleries:

Project pictures & videos of your choice during your reception! This could be photos of your ceremony videos of yourselves etc. for the best man speech or simply just images to set the mood. This can be placed anywhere in your venue on the day.

The projector can also be used to "paint" the wall with any specific colour or image! This ia a brilliant option for marquees and venues with white walls.

- I can bring a projector with me to demonstrate on our meeting.

- Projector cost: £65 each (includes screen if required)
- Additional projectors: £45

Early set up in a marquee. Ready for guests arrival at 2pm.

Early set up:

Depending on the venue and date I can set up my equipment earlier than 1 hour prior to standard set up if required. This is a good option if you want the equipment set up earlier in the day prior to your meal but do not want an all day DJ. Set ups the day before can also be arranged.

Please contact me regarding early set ups as they depend on the venue location, venue access and security.
